The latest provincial store to date, Figaro in Ayala Center Cebu had its grand opening last December 10, 2008. The event was graced by Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia and friends of the store's franchisees led by Tess Chan.

A full store, Figaro Ayala Terraces carries the complete line-up of coffee drinks, breakfast, pasta, pizza, sandwiches and pastries. Located at the second level of Ayala Center Cebu overlooking the newly-opened The Terraces. With its own al fresco area, Figaro Ayala Terraces give its customers the privilege to dine while watching a show at The Terraces below.
